In 2006 Brewer’s was purchased by Tim Riley, an employee, and Dale Falk, Jerry Brewers brother in law.
They adopted Jerrys philosophy of the customers come first and expanded it to include fast, friendly and reliable service. They grew the company to include an expansive commercial department and doubled the knowledgeable staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2014 Dale retired and Tim in now in control of all operations. The company focuses on residential and commercial applications and offer repair, sales, and maintenance services. Brewer’s offers quality, efficient Residential & Commercial HVAC systems at prices to fit any budget. In the Summer of 2018 Mark Ybarra purchased Brewer’s from Tim Riley. He first started working at Brewer’s in 2002 and has had many different roles in his 16 years as an employee. Through hard work and dedication, he is now the proud owner of this family owned and operated business. Mark will continue to grow the company and will always treat customers with integrity and respect as the owners before him.
